The all new OracleXL high speed oven has a 33% larger chamber than standard Oracles, making it ideal for those caterers looking for additional speed and capacity for their operation.

The appliance features 3 cooking technologies – microwave, fan-assisted and impingement and two separate cooking modes – high speed oven (which uses all 3 technologies) and Combi Wave, where the user can select from microwave, convection or a combination of both, offering maximum flexibility for the operator. The 7″ LCD colour touch screen is easy and intuitive to use and can be customised to suit the individual needs of the site. Wi-Fi connectivity as standard where recipes can be uploaded and shared via the Nabook plus platform, which contains programs and advice from operators all around the world.

And thanks to its impressive design, there’s no need for overhead extraction, providing flexibility to install the Oracle high speed oven wherever it’s needed.
