Lincat GS7/e Griddle Machined Steel Electric Dual Zone

Made in the UK, the Lincat GS7/E features an impressive 12mm thick machined steel plate, with a cooking width of over 700mm. This not only gives you plenty of space to cook large quantities of food, it also means there’s two cooking zones. With independent controls for each zone, you can either maximise your productivity or have different foods cooking at different temperatures, all on the same griddle surface – a great feature during a busy breakfast service.

With a huge 7kW of cooking power, the Lincat offers a rapid heat-up and reduced recovery times, allowing you to cook more in a shorter space of time. The built-in fat drainage channel and removable drawer makes it easy to keep debris and grease away from the food, helping to maintain the overall quality of your dishes. And thanks to the stainless steel construction, the whole griddle is easy to clean.
